2.1 RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO): All products, hardware, and supplies offered by Research Supply Co. are intended strictly for laboratory, industrial, and research applications.

2.2 PROHIBITED USE: Our products are not intended, labeled, or authorized for human or animal diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. By purchasing from Research Supply Co., you acknowledge that these products are not for medical use and will not be used as such.

2.3 PRODUCT REPRESENTATION: Descriptions and appearances are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & BUYER REPRESENTATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Research Supply Co. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected unauthorized or off-label use of products.

3.1 ELIGIBILITY: By placing an order, you reaffirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the technical knowledge required to handle research-grade supplies safely. 3.2 NO RESALE OR EXPORT: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own internal research or laboratory use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export outside of the United States.

3.3 CANCELLATIONS: Please review your order carefully; we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted and moves to fulfillment.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless expressly stated. You represent that the payment information provided is true, correct, and that you are authorized to use such payment methods.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DISCREET PACKAGING

5.1 DISCREET FULFILLMENT: All items are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging to maintain the privacy of your research.

5.2 DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarders intended for international export.

5.3 RISK OF LOSS: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our transfer of products to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & STERILE GOODS POLICY

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our customers:

6.1 STERILE ITEMS: Products sold in sterile packaging (including but not limited to sealed vials, needles, and syringes) are non-returnable once the outer shipping seal or product packaging has been breached.

6.2 DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Claims for items damaged during transit must be submitted with photographic evidence to support@researchsupplyco.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

6.3 UNOPENED RETURNS: Returns on unopened, non-sterile items may be accepted at our sole discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our [LINK TO REFUND POLICY].
