FREE SHIPPING: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00.

1. FULFILLMENT TIMELINE

We are committed to rapid fulfillment to get your supplies into your hands as quickly as possible:

Monday – Friday: Orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship same-day.
Late Weekends: Orders placed after the Saturday cutoff or on Sunday will ship the following Monday.

2. CARRIER DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

While we guarantee prompt fulfillment, Research Supply Co. is not liable for carrier-side delays. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), transit times are subject to their operational capacity. Weather events, seasonal high-volume, and carrier technical issues are outside of our control.

3. ENVIRONMENTAL & CLIMATE ADVISORY

Research Supply Co. maintains strict Controlled Room Temperature (CRT) protocols within our facility. However, we cannot maintain or guarantee environmental stability during transit or at the point of delivery.

The customer assumes all risk regarding product exposure to extreme temperatures. Research Supply Co. is not liable for items compromised by freezing or overheating while in the carrier's possession or after delivery.

Cold Weather: Please arrange for immediate indoor collection if sub-freezing temperatures are expected. High Heat: Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or mailboxes, as sustained heat may damage research material integrity.

Please monitor local weather and tracking data to ensure immediate climate-controlled storage upon arrival.

4. DISCREET PACKAGING

To maintain the privacy and security of your research, all orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging. There are no external markings indicating the specific contents of your shipment.
